En direktdriven <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wind_turbine\" onclick=\"javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackEvent','outbound-article','http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org']);\">vindturbin<\/a> inneb\u00e4r att rotorn \u00e4r direkt ansluten till generatorn utan n\u00e5gon mellanliggande v\u00e4xell\u00e5da. SWT-3.0-101 anv\u00e4nder en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.windturbines.net\/wiki\/Synchronous_Generators\" onclick=\"javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackEvent','outbound-article','http:\/\/www.windturbines.net']);\">synkrongenerator<\/a> med \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Magnet\" onclick=\"javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackEvent','outbound-article','http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org']);\">permanentmagnet<\/a> och har en m\u00e4rkeffekt p\u00e5 3.0 MW.<\/p>\n<p>Den stora f\u00f6rdelen med den nya designen, vid sidan av en h\u00f6gre effektivitet, \u00e4r att antalet delar i konstruktionen minskar. V\u00e4xell\u00e5dan, som traditionellt varit en betydande orsak till haveri, undviks och d\u00e4rmed kan ocks\u00e5 maskinhuset g\u00f6ras mindre och l\u00e4ttare. <a href=\"Siemens SWT-3.0-101\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.siemens.com\/press\/pool\/de\/pressebilder\/2010\/renewable_energy\/072dpi\/ere201004062-02_072dpi.jpg\"  alt=\"\" width=\"289\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a>Siemens <a href=\"http:\/\/www.siemens.com\/press\/en\/pressrelease\/?press=\/en\/pressrelease\/2010\/renewable_energy\/ere201004062.htm\" onclick=\"javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackEvent','outbound-article','http:\/\/www.siemens.com']);\">anger<\/a> att antalet komponenter i SWT-3.0-101 \u00e4r 50% l\u00e4gre \u00e4n i deras tidigare modeller. Detta medger att maskinhuset kan g\u00f6ras s\u00e5 litet som 6,8*4,2m, och med en vikt p\u00e5 73 ton \u00e4r detta mindre \u00e4n f\u00f6r deras nuvarande 2,3 MW turbiner. Denna kompakta design underl\u00e4ttar framf\u00f6rallt vid transport av komponenterna.<\/p>\n<p>Den f\u00f6rsta prototypen av generatorn har varit installerad i vindturbiner i Danmark sedan 2009 och uppvisat mycket goda prestanda. Permanentmagnetgeneratorns stora f\u00f6rdel \u00e4r, f\u00f6rutom dess enkla och robusta konstruktion, en h\u00f6gre effektivitet framf\u00f6rallt vid l\u00e5ga laster. Detta beror p\u00e5 att ingen energi kr\u00e4vs d\u00e5 elektromagneterna i en konventionell generator bytts ut mot permanentmagneter.<\/p>\n<p>Inga f\u00f6rdelar utan nackdelar dock. En vindturbin med permanentmagnetgenerator st\u00e4ller nya krav p\u00e5 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abb.com\/product\/seitp322\/8cb6b0fde98c9ca6c1256dfa002bcda9.aspx\" onclick=\"javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackEvent','outbound-article','http:\/\/www.abb.com']);\">omriktare<\/a> f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att sp\u00e4nning och frekvens p\u00e5 utg\u00e5ende str\u00f6m passar n\u00e4tet den \u00e4r inkopplad till.
